When can our marketing be called successful?
When we know and understand the customers’ needs well and our products and services satisfy those needs so completely that the product or service becomes a part of their lives. When this happens, they start buying our products again and again. We don’t have to make repetitive efforts to sell.
If we have to struggle to sell our products and service again and again, then our marketing is not yet successful.
