When we plan a tour with a group, we know how much coordination and communication is required. All must be informed about a lot of things like where, how, when we are going, where we will stay and eat, what to do etc. In order for the tour to be successful, everybody in the group must clearly understand all this.
Our business is more complicated than such a group tour. Our staff members who associate with us to walk along with us on the growth journey of our business for years together must know where our business is headed, where we want it to reach and when. If we explain to them what is to be done and what is expected of them, our business growth journey, too, will succeed.
Some of our people may understand less or may understand slower. We may have to explain repeatedly to them. But we must include all our staff members in the vision of our business.
