Why?
Because they are ready to take customers wherever they want to go. They don’t refuse. They are polite.
Our traditional taxi-autowalas harassed customers. They refused rides. They were rude to customers. They took advantage of the helplessness of the customers. And that’s why they are left behind.
Today, if we are flexible like Uber-Ola in attending customers’ or jobs’ needs, we won’t face many difficulties.
